Allow room for the folded ride
Use the folded dimensions when considering the delivery and storage space, but keep the supplied packing until the item and accessories have been checked. Delivery is $39.00 when merchandise totals less than $1,200, and included from $1,200 before any welcome reduction. A charger or tyre remains a separate line in the selection.
Before returning a component
Identify whether the enquiry concerns the scooter, charger or tyre and include the order reference. Return instructions need to account for the component and its condition; a battery-powered item should not be sent using arrangements intended for an ordinary loose accessory. Wait for the relevant instructions before arranging a return or making an installation appointment.
